2. You will receive a phone follow up and appointment confirmation within 2 hours regarding your symptoms, concerns, goals, and expectations.

3. If appropriate, an in-person or telehealth appointment will be organised

How long are appointment?

Initial appointment are up to 45 mins. Subsequent appointment times may vary depending on your situation and treatment needs. 

Do I need a referral letter?

No, you don’t need a referral to see a physiotherapist. However, if you are under the Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan (previously EPC), you will require a referral from your doctor.

Can I claim my private health insurance?

Part of your consultation may be claimed on private health insurance extras depending on your level of coverage.

How much does it cost?

Fees vary depending on the treatment time required and your location.
